Melville Stuart Hanna

Melville was born in Wellington County, Ontario, Canada.
Mel married Grace, daughter of Patrick Donnelly and Elizabeth Richardson , on Mar. 27, 1919 in Vancouver, Washington. She was born in Thornton, Washington. They lived in various places in Oregon from Roseburg to Tumalo.³
Melville was a rancher and farmer and at various times was in dairy cattle, hogs, turkeys, beef cattle and sheep.³ He served on Lane County school boards and was a charter member of the Douglas County Sheriff's Posse. He was a lifetime member of Presbyterian churches and was a member of Myrtle Creek Masonic Lodge and Bend Eagles Lodge 2089. He is buried at the Oddfellows Cemetery in Myrtle Creek.°
They died in Redmond, Oregon.³
